- Analysis various type of complaints and preform engineering calculation and analysis for Water meters and related subject.
- Update correct information in system, keep record and prepare report etc. regarding all kinds of data with related software as per Electric applications and requirements.
- Must have knowledge of the safety standards, rules, and regulations.
- Supervise the day-to-day meter complaints /requests, which includes planning, developing, coordinating, administering, and evaluating projects, processes, procedures, systems, and standards.
- Analyze and review a variety of work orders and DPRs, complaints, reports, and other related tasks. and to take the necessary action as required.
- To ensure a proper follow up with daily water maintenance activities and progress of work execution with Electric contractors.
- Supervise manpower staff and ensuring staff are trained and following Electric policies and procedures and safety standards.
- Perform field inspection/Investigation to ensure the meter operation.
- Conduct meter calibration, configuration, testing, installation & repair/ troubleshooting etc… of all type of electricity meters and its related accessories.
- Schedules accuracy tests a with customer water meters. Explains clearly to the customer the purpose of accuracy test, duration, and procedures of the interruption. Answers questions pertaining to water rates, calibration techniques, accuracy tests, and meter function. Prepares and/or maintains written records on customer contacts, work orders, meter history, repairs, and test results. Prepares work orders and repair orders.
