- Assist with mise-en-place for assigned station.
- Prepare and assist daily food preparation and ingredients including chopping, portioning, and storing.
- Cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, etc.).
- Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, vegetables, soups, and breakfast items.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with HACCP and local regulations.
- Support the senior chefs in kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills with a passion for service.
