- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in German and English
- Assist customers with reservations, flight information, and general queries
- Use GDS systems such as Amadeus to manage booking-related tasks
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Deliver services in line with company standards and performance targets
- Manage calls efficiently in a high-volume contact center
- Support colleagues and contribute to team goals
- High school qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong fluency in German and English (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in using GDS systems like Amadeus is a plus
- IATA or Airline Basic Tariff course certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication, typing, and active listening skills
- Able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with adaptability to changing situations
- Capable of handling high-pressure scenarios while remaining courteous
