We seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Production Head to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the galvanizing process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across all production functions.This leadership role demands a hands-on approach to managing teams, optimizing workflows, and enhancing product quality. You will be pivotal in supporting the Production Head in achieving operational targets and aligning production activities with the company’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily galvanizing operations to meet production targets.
Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, output, and product quality.
Lead quality control initiatives and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Analyze production data and implement solutions to reduce downtime and material waste.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities while fostering team collaboration and performance.
Troubleshoot operational issues and propose corrective measures.
Contribute to workforce planning, training, and team development.
Support inventory management and material planning in coordination with supply chain.
