Warehouse Coordinator

• Provide comprehensive logistics (material) support for various EPCIC Packages by working closely with the warehouse, materials, and logistics teams.
• Ensure material logistics between onshore and offshore operations are efficient and responsive to support offshore needs.
• Conduct multiple cargo inspections at various EPC Contractor premises based on the shipment plan.
• Coordinate the Cargo-run/shipping schedule for three Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) supporting different EPCIC packages.
• Oversee the inspection and release of CCUs and other equipment for offshore dispatch, ensuring compliance with lifting and logistics procedures.
• Monitor and track equipment such as CCUs, special tools, and temporary equipment, ensuring proper storage and preservation at contractor facilities.
• Facilitate the supply vessel and shipping plan, coordinating CTR’s loading cargo and looking ahead for future shipments.
• Serve as the main focal point for import and export issues requiring support from the Freight Forwarding team.
