Identification, planning and close follow-up the reservoir surveillance plans for Kharaib reservoirIdentification and follow-up of reservoir management activities to maximize production, voidage replacement improvement, and reduce the production decline ratesAbout this role: Perform detailed wells performance analysis and postmortem synthesisPerform subsurface studies to improve production and injection (slugging, decline analysis, stabilization analysis, GL optimization, ..etc)Perform simulation studies using ALSFFM V1&2 to define optimum injection (Water and WAG), short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvementUse of IX and 4D Seismic to identify optimum zonal shifting and injection schemes to increase sweep efficiencyUse of segmented well modelling (IX) both in ALSFFM and Single Well Models to optimize and design Kharaib re-drill wellsPerform simulation studies to define optimum injection (water and WAG), short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvementLead identifying and prioritizing reservoir surveillance plans, and ensure close follow-upLead opportunities identification, ranking and maturation (Workovers, Stimulation, ..etc) until FID for Deep Redrills, workovers and other opportunitiesSupport light workovers maturation (tubing change-out) until final SORMaintain and close follow-up of opportunities hopperSupport WAG cycles optimization, execution and follow-upSupport the maturation of Surfactant pilots, execution and follow-upContribute to the generation of the yearly reservoir management plans and ensure their executionConsolidate and present the reservoir quarterly Reservoir Management reviews to SH'sPerform decline curve analysis and generate the monthly unconstrained profiles for the rolling forecastDefine completion strategies for re-drill and WO wells supported by simulation studiesSupport the New Well Delivery team all along the WO's SOR processContribute to the yearly reserves exerciseSupport the team lead in identifying training needs for team members and recruitment interviewsCoach and mentor junior team members and Qatari young professionals.What you need to bring: 10+ years of experience within a subsurface organizationMinimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree, and preferably Master's degree (in RE / PE subject)Experience with Intersect (IX), Eclipse, Petrel, EST & dynamic modelling workflowsIn-depth understanding of Reservoir Management and surveillance processesProven track record of maximizing value in complex carbonate fieldsReservoir and geoscience working experience in an operated assetStrong experience on reservoir dynamic modeling (Eclipse/IX) and model history matchingBenefits: Salary:Day Rate in USD Plus AllowanceWork Schedule:9 Hours / 6 DaysDuration:31-Dec-2025, renewableLocation:Qatar
