You will be responsible to assist Head of F&B to manage and develop the whole food and beverage standards and to ensure maximization of departmental profits.Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist Head of Food & Beverage to achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department.
- Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure outlets most efficient functioning.
- Implement & maintain local and national sales / marketing programs
- Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.
- Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the restaurant.
- Maximize sales potential and encourage upselling in order to maximize rates.
- To gain customer feedback at all times.
- Coach, train and manage employees within the hotel’s organization structure.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as Director - Restaurant Operations position in 5 star hotel
- Basic Salary: QAR 14,000 Monthly
- Accommodation Allowance: QAR 9,000 Monthly
- Transportation Allowance: QAR 750 Monthly
- Phone Allowance: QAR 150 Monthly
