- Conduct survey operations such as boundary, topography, leveling, design, as-built, and maintain horizontal and vertical control networks using a full range of survey equipment.
- Provide confirmation of layout and installation, to include capturing as-built data as needed.
- Use 3D models and CAD for generating survey points for layout in the field, and capture survey points in the field for verification against 3D models and CAD.
- Provide survey control for use in conjunction with 3D Laser Scanning and conduct 3D Laser Scanning.
- Perform point cloud registration using survey control.
- Prepare and maintain a variety of records, logs, diaries, and/or other related documentation.
- Analysis of record data, deeds, and plats for property and boundary control.
- Generate technical reports.
