A Spa Therapist performs and provides a variety of treatments including facials, body treatments, massages for spa and hotel guestsWhat will I be doing?
Performs body treatments and massage for guests and maintains treatment room, spa areas, and supplies as well as covering reception duties as required.Completes and turns in payroll weekly and attends monthly departmental meetings. Attends all Hilton trainings as required, keeps inventory controls on all products and equipments.What are we looking for?A Spa Therapist serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.Ability to cover basic reception dutiesKnowledge of customer service standards and procedures.Basic computer knowledgeIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
