As a Stewarding Attendant, the organizational support you provide to the food and beverage operations will ensure our guests have a great experience.What you will be doing:
- Assist with day-to-day operations in stewarding
- Organize and maintain inventory of supplies, dishware and detergents
- Offer professional, friendly and engaging service to all employees
- Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
- Polish silverware and copperware
- Maintain all back of house areas clean, tidy and dry at all times
- Observe correct procedures in handling machinery, detergents, chemicals, and follow food handling protocols
- Organized and a great team player
- Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
