Job SummaryThe QA/QC Director is responsible to lead and manage the operation, resources and organization of the organization Quality Assurance function, executing sound business decisions which support the organization’s overall business strategy. This position ensures effective and efficient monitoring of project specific Quality Plans, QA/QC processes and procedures in compliance with client’s quality requirements; and monitors that these are implemented.Job Responsibilities 1Leads QA/QC strategic planning and quality yearly objective setting that meet compliance requirements and business needs, this includes managing to a budget and driving continuous improvement.Provides direction for quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, and standard operating procedures across the organization.Establishes and directs QA/QC audits, reviews, surveillance and follow-ups of individual projects.Ensures the organization’s Integrated Management System conforms to customer, internal, and applicable regulatory/legal requirements.Establishes, monitors and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the organization and project teams to ensure continuous improvement.Analyzes department’s KPIs; evaluates trends and provides improvement strategies. Establish project quality objectives in line with SHEQ corporate objectives and ensure to monitor submittals of QA/ QC reports.Designs and implements methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.Develops risk management strategy that helps organization improve profitability by reducing risk and improving efficiency via process management and risk mitigation.Provides regular up-to-date reports on QMS performance such as quality audit results, implemented corrective actions, improvement needs and various statistical analysis. Insure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.Job Responsibilities 2Promotes the importance of Quality throughout the company in alignment with corporate strategy whilst supports creation of project implementation plans and training.Direct and lead implementation of organization policies, procedures, and best practices to promote compliance.Oversees the project QA/QC plan and supervise all amendments and revisions in order to meet the project quality requirements and client’s expectations.Oversees all quality assurance operational requirements and ensure effective and efficient scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
