- Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and distribute linen, uniforms, and guest laundry efficiently.
- Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and properly.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, damages, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and equipment.
- Follow chemical usage guidelines and handle detergents and cleaning agents safely.
- Ensure timely processing of laundry items to meet operational demands.
- Assist in receiving and storing laundry supplies and materials.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Support other laundry staff and assist with any additional tasks as directed.
- Previous experience in laundry operations is preferred but not essential;
- Basic understanding of laundry machinery and textile care.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically able to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
