The position holder will also contribute to curriculum development, scholarly activities, research initiatives, and academic advising within the Foundation Studies Program.Eligibility:Open to All NationalitiesQualifications Required:Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Science, Mathematics, Education)PhD (Doctorate Degree) in Science, Mathematics, or related disciplineRecognized academic and/or teaching certifications are advantageousA record of scholarly research and publication (required for Associate Professor level)Experience:Senior Lecturer: Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience in higher educationAssistant Professor: Minimum 3–5 years of post-PhD teaching and research experienceAssociate Professor: Minimum 8–10 years of teaching, research, and academic leadershipDemonstrated excellence in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment practicesExperience in delivering foundation or pre-university level courses (preferred)Prior supervision of student research or academic advising (preferred)Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging, student-centered lectures and tutorials in Science and MathematicsDevelop and review course materials and assessments in line with program outcomesConduct scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journalsSupervise undergraduate projects or provide academic mentorshipParticipate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and university committeesSupport students through academic advising and learning supportCollaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent academic quality and integrityContribute to community outreach, institutional development, and knowledge transfer initiativesStay current with advancements in Science and Math educationKey Skills:Strong knowledge of subject content and learning theory in Science and MathematicsExcellence in teaching, classroom facilitation, and academic engagementEffective written and verbal communication skillsResearch and publication skills aligned with academic disciplineFamiliarity with curriculum development, assessment tools, and educational technologiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural academic environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsLeadership and mentoring capabilities (especially for Associate level)Commitment to student success and academic excellence
