- Search for new clients who might benefit from company services and maximise customer potential.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within all the major clients/verticals.
- Develop and execute account plans to manage clients properly, increase revenue, and maximise margin in line with organisational goals.
- Provide analysis on emerging trends and markets and highlight the possible areas to target focus selling for geographical growth.
- Deliver, monitor, and report on sales funnel, pipeline, bookings, and client contact development, providing periodic updates on achievement and progress.
- Ensure all opportunities are identified, qualified, quoted, and followed.
- Leverage technical expertise to understand client needs and requirements and provide written techno-commercial proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with Operation teams to deliver exceptional service to the client.
- Actively participate in all marketing activities in the assigned territory/clients. Keep abreast of market developments in the assigned business vertical.
- Handle Business Development activities, such as new opportunity development, new account development, and new market development, as assigned by management.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
- Create brand awareness in the target territory/clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering field (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical )
- Additional degree in Business Administration would be a plus.
- Proven track record of firsthand and individual sales and able to demonstrate experience with necessary references to candidates sales achievements.
- Technical expertise in Instrumentation equipment & solutions.
- Must possess strong experience in handling sales of F&G detectors, Fugitive emissions monitoring, signalling & alarming devices, radiation monitors & general instrumentation.
- Must possess strong experience in driving sale initiatives for F&G detectors, Fugitive emissions monitoring, signalling & alarming devices, radiation monitors & general instrumentation, including Maintenance/Overhauling solutions.
- Experience in the Energy Industry is a must.
- Must have Resilience and persistence to work on challenging assignments.
- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Very good interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills.
- Expert in Presentations, demonstrations, and ability to sell a premium solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage.
- 5 years of work experience in the related job function in a sales role promoting Instrumentation products & services
