- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle by phone calls from clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients by phone/written and coordinate with the sales team.
- Assist with ordering processes by coordinating with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and stock availability.
- Generate and manage invoices, reports, and documentation to support the sales process.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
- Support the team in streamlining office procedures and improving overall workflow.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proven minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling the following areas:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
- Residency in Doha is mandatory; candidates must be available to join upon request.
