Moka & Co. leading company specializing in coffee and ice cream ingredients distribution, dedicated to delivering the finest products and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Female Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha.Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Handle by phone calls from clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients by phone/written and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Assist with ordering processes by coordinating with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate stock records
  • Perform regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and stock availability.
  • Generate and manage invoices, reports, and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and efficiency.
  • Support the team in streamlining office procedures and improving overall workflow.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proven minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in handling the following areas:
- Quotations preparation and client communication- Ordering and supplier coordination- Stock record management- Inventory control and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Arabic speaking is a plus.
  • Residency in Doha is mandatory; candidates must be available to join upon request.
