- Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Overall 20 years of experience in construction with minimum of 10 years in planning & managing school/Building projects are preferable.
- Ensure proper contract administration and manage variations, claims, and approvals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Mandatory prior approval from PWA / Ashghal is required.
- Must have a UPDA Grade-A certification.
