Head of Contracts

• Key Challenges:
• Aligning contract management procedures with project execution goals
• Mitigating contractual risks and avoiding delays or disputes
• Driving consistency, efficiency, and transparency in contract-related processes
• Supporting multiple high-value, time-sensitive projects in a dynamic environment

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the administration of framework agreements across Major Projects, including contractor performance assessments.
• Oversee all contracting activities in coordination with PMT, including issuing ITTs and executing EPC contracts, ensuring alignment with Legal and other internal stakeholders.
• Support the development of ITT packages and manage the tendering process in coordination with Supply and Legal.
• Provide input in bid evaluations and recommend acceptable contractual terms and conditions to PMT and Senior Project Manager.
• Guide and assist PMTs in monitoring contract securities such as bonds and guarantees, and prepare contract amendments when required.
• Lead the contract close-out process after project team demobilization.
• Review and negotiate EPC Contractor change requests, ensuring alignment with project goals and budget.
• Operate in a high-stakes project environment involving significant capital investments and stringent timelines.
• Adapt to a continuously evolving business landscape marked by frequent project expansion and added complexity.
• Maintain high standards in safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance under pressure, demonstrating multitasking, initiative, and precision.
