- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent guest service with a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards in handling food and beverages.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth bar operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and hospitality standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and cleaning.
- Previous bartending experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale bar setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and other beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to the role.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
