All relocation costs are covered.The Sales Executive is responsible for increasing sales revenue with a primary focus on the oil and gas sector. The role involves maximizing rental fleet utilization, acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and proactively seeking business opportunities through market intelligence and strategic client engagement.Key RelationshipsInternal: Managing Director, Assistant Sales Manager, PPME StaffExternal: Clients, Suppliers, Government AuthoritiesKey ResponsibilitiesResearch and track oil and gas projects and contractors; provide insights to management and maintain frequent contact with stakeholders.Prospect and develop new client relationships; formulate and implement sales plans for assigned territories.Ensure achievement of sales volume targets and revenue forecasts in alignment with company goals.Gather and analyze market intelligence to support annual budgeting and forecasting.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular client visits to secure business opportunities.Understand and interpret client requirements accurately to deliver tailored solutions.Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and contract terms aligned with company policies.Conduct site surveys and propose optimal technical solutions in collaboration with the Service Department.Ensure timely coordination with the Operations Department for order execution and equipment delivery.Report regularly on project and client engagement status to management.Prepare weekly sales plans targeting short-, medium-, and long-term goals.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.Address client issues promptly and coordinate resolution of quality-related concerns.Support fleet utilization by sharing key information across the team and engaging with Sales Administrators.Maintain a professional and collaborative working environment.Perform other related duties as required to support business needs.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent product and technical knowledgeCustomer-centric selling approachERP system familiarityStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interpret and prepare techno-commercial proposalsEffective presentation and organizational skillsInnovation and strategic planning mindsetSolution-oriented with attention to detailDesired BehaviorsCommunication: Clear and professional interaction with stakeholdersResult-Oriented: Driven to exceed performance standardsTask-Oriented: Reliable and deadline-focusedResilient: Positive and self-motivatedAccountable: Takes ownership of outcomesCustomer-Focused: Builds strong customer relationshipsTeam Player: Collaborative and supportive in team settingsGrowth-Oriented: Committed to expanding market share in the Oil & Gas sectorLogical Thinker: Ability to assess situations and develop effective solutionsLanguagesArabic (Required)English (Required)Specialized Knowledge & TrainingAdvanced sales trainingKnowledge of Qatar's Oil & Gas industry and client baseExperience in preparing detailed techno-commercial specificationsFamiliarity with industry innovations and market trendsEducation & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Mechanical EngineeringValid Qatar Driving License (Essential)ExperienceMinimum 5 years of sales experience within the GCC rental or sales market, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
