- Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Understand customer expectations of and needs from a product.
- Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met.
- Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
- Record findings and relay this information to the production team.
- Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing.
- Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.
- Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Top management team to set quality benchmarks.
- Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
- Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
- Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
- Develop and initiate methods to qualify, certify and maintain domestic or low-cost region suppliers in accordance with ISO/API standards.
- Responsible for developing and managing the Management Review Board meeting.
- Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints with Top Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or other disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Quality Management certifications.
- Quality Assurance and Control.
- ISO 9001:2015, Health and Safety.
