QA/QC Head

• Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Understand customer expectations of and needs from a product.
• Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met.
• Identify quality control processes to ensure criteria are always met evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
• Record findings and relay this information to the production team.
• Oversee production to ensure conformity in final product processing.
• Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.
• Perform detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with the Top management team to set quality benchmarks.
• Eliminate products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems.
• Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints.
• Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance.
• Develop and initiate methods to qualify, certify and maintain domestic or low-cost region suppliers in accordance with ISO/API standards.
• Responsible for developing and managing the Management Review Board meeting.
• Maintain a corrective action system to analyze and correct nonconforming conditions and complaints with Top Management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or other disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Quality Management certifications.
• Quality Assurance and Control.
• ISO 9001:2015, Health and Safety.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem solving.
• Written and oral communication.
• Commercial awareness.
• Excellent project management skills.
