2. Ireland – Membership / Fellowship of the Royal Colleges and Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist training (CSCST) from Ireland and Certificate of Specialist Doctor issued by the Medical Council of Ireland and Certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist training (CSCST), or
3. Australia and New Zealand - Fellowship from the Royal Australia and New Zealand Colleges, or
4. Canada – Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (RCPS-C), or
5. USA – The American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), or
6. Germany – Fachartz Specialist Certificate, or
7. Sweden – Certificate of the right to use the title of specialist or Certificate of specific training for general practice issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare of Sweden
8. South Africa – Master of Medicine (M.Med) Degree or Fellowship Certificate approved by the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA)Experience Details:
1. Two years experience post completion of specialist subspeciality training in Emergency Medicine
or,
2. Two years experience post completion of specialist subspeciality training in Anaesthesia, Acute Medicine or Family Medicine
And, a minimum of one episode of clinical practice experience (paid employment or voluntary) in one of the following areas:
- Public events i.e. festivals, sporting events etc
- Cruise ship
- Expeditions or similar
- Military environments
