- MME (UPDA) certified
- NFPA Certification
- QCDD Approved
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 7 years in FM in the Gulf
- 3 years on fire prevention and safety systems in large facilities
- Expert knowledge of fire suppression, detection, and evacuation systems
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire protection systems in compliance with QCDD standards
- Conduct fire risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Liaise with civil defense and regulatory bodies
- Ensure documentation, drills, and training are up to date
- Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
