- Assist in developing scalable, standardized procedures across the Flight Operations division
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset across operational and support teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process design, business analysis, or operations management
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Skilled in facilitating JAD sessions and working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to analyze systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
