- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial control, planning, or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of cost center accounting, budgeting, and forecasting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle Financials, and internal finance systems
- Advanced financial modeling and variance analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills
