• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 8+ years of relevant experience (or Diploma with 9+ years)
• At least 5 years in a managerial role with proven success in commercial finance or business control
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), especially within a sales-driven organization
• Solid experience in financial reporting, cost control, and internal finance governance frameworks
• Exceptional Excel modeling and presentation skills; experience with enterprise finance tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence executive decisions
• Fluent in English with the confidence to present financial insights to senior management
