- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales within the HORECA sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Arabic language is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of key players, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Preferably a FEMALE candidate.
