- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, and credits. Manage and update accounts databases with precision, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting variances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as maintaining records, filing, and responding to inquiries. Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail or FMCG environment, is a plus.Job
