Supervise and set up the restaurant’s daily activities to ensure service goes smoothly and quickly.
Train and direct the staff of a restaurant to keep up high standards of customer service, cleaning, and hygiene.
Check the stock amounts and work with the management team to order the necessary supplies.
Ensure all health and safety rules,

, and cleaning are followed. * Respond quickly and well to customer complaints and questions, and try to solve problems to the customer’s pleasure.

Manage plans, give out jobs, and keep track of hiring levels to get the most work done.
Watch how cash is handled and ensure the daily sales reports are correct.

Use tactics to bring in as much money as possible while keeping costs and quality high.
Work with the kitchen staff to make sure that the front and back of the house work together well.
Keep up with new menu items, industry trends, and customer tastes to improve the dining experience.

Female Restaurant Supervisors

Nationality: Candidates are from India and Africa.
Gender: female candidates only.
Age: Must be below 30 years old.
Education: a high school diploma or something similar. Also, additional skills in hospitality or related fields would be an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant Supervisor in a decent hotel or fast food chain restaurant like McDonald’s.
Language Skills: Proficient in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong control skills with the ability to push and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and personal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for giving exceptional service.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a quick environment.
Ability to handle tricky situations with tact and trade.
Familiarity with restaurant P.O.S. systems and basic computer skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: 150 KD per month.
