Qualifications & Experience:

Attended a recognized training center and completed the full term of a training course to obtain the ITI Diploma in A/C and Refrigeration trade certificate or equivalent
Minimum 4 years' experience working as an A/C Technician.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Healthcare sector environment (not

construction).Job Responsibilities:

Awareness of current Regulatory matters relating to engineering.
Working knowledge of current internationally recognized best practice guidance related to A/C and Refrigeration systems in health care.
Advise of equipment and systems conditions which warrant emergency repairs, upgrading or replacement.
Establish activity objectives and output standard for his group / team.
Consult with Engineer regarding work orders/projects and staff deployment and keep him informed of related activities, needs and problems.
Coordinate with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) regarding issuing, accomplishing and returning of work orders or documentation.
