Maintenance controller

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for our fleet vehicles, including regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors, and suppliers to schedule and execute maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, parts inventory, and costs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of fleet vehicles to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements for fleet operations.
• Collaborate with fleet managers and other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs and vehicle usage.
• Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in fleet performance and cost-efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities, inspections, and vehicle histories.
