Your CommitmentThe successful candidate will help in developing functional textures to absorb water from the ambient and release for water harvesting and humidity control purposes which will be adaptable to greenhouse farming in Qatar. In particular, the potential candidate will support the research toward the development of functional technologies to study aspects of green approaches for water and food security and natural resource sustainability in the context of Qatar food security and sustainability needs. The incumbent will perform tests using a variety of modern field and laboratory equipment for Chemical synthesis, Nanofiber and Nanocomposites structures manufacturing, Using Green chemistry approaches and greenhouse cooling systems, Structural analysis and Specifications, calibrating and maintaining instrumentation and preparing and processing samples for analysis, manuscript writing and preparing project reports and presentations. The successful candidates will interact with researchers with respect to the related projects.
