
Soft Services Manager

- Manage and supervise the soft services team, including cleaning staff, security personnel, and other related service providers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets and control costs related to soft services operations.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and key indicators.
- Implement and manage quality control systems to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management/Business Administration/Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in managing Facilities of similar scale including Administration of Contracts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience working in Qatar is preferred.
