- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the store's goals and objectives.
- Recruit and select top talent for the store through various recruitment channels and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws, health and safety, and immigration regulations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair pay and benefits for all employees.
- Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner and provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as department heads, employees, and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
