Qualifications & Experience:

Attended a recognized training center and completed the full term of a training course to obtain the ITI Diploma in Plumbing trade certificate or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years' experience working as a Plumber.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Healthcare sector environment (not

construction).Job Responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance, repairs and new works on plumbing and sanitary systems in the hospitals and accommodation units, as directed by his Supervisor, to the standard and performance set by the Department.
Awareness of current regulatory matters relating to plumbing.
Working Knowledge of current internationally recognized best practice guidance related to plumbing matter in health care
Advise of equipment and systems conditions which warrant emergency

repairs, upgrading or replacement. * Establish activity objectives and output standard for his group / team.

Consult with Engineer regarding work orders/projects and staff deployment and keep him informed of related activities, needs and problems.
Coordinate with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) regarding issuing, accomplishing and returning of work orders or documentation.
