The CFO will lead the finance function across multiple business units and jurisdictions, drive funding and capital strategy, implement financial systems to support scalable operations, and provide insights to the executive team to support growth and profitability. This role demands a visionary finance leader with hands-on expertise in international finance, preferably within the tech consulting or managed services environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction for all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and investor relationsOversee accounting operations, treasury, tax, compliance, and audit across Qatar, Europe, and North AmericaDevelop and execute capital structuring and funding strategies to support global expansion plansEnsure compliance with IFRS and country-specific financial regulations and taxation standardsEstablish a strong governance framework including internal controls, financial policies, and risk management protocolsLead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration for M&A initiatives and international joint venturesImplement scalable ERP and financial automation systems that support real-time visibility and enterprise-wide integrationDrive profitability initiatives, cost optimization, and commercial finance support for service delivery functionsPrepare detailed financial reports and strategic dashboards for executive and board-level decision-makingCandidate ProfileSenior finance executive with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a C-level or group finance leadership roleProven track record in the IT consultancy, managed services, or digital transformation sectorsStrong command of international finance, including cross-border operations, transfer pricing, and regulatory reportingExperienced in high-growth environments, capital raising, banking relationships, and investor engagementSkilled in managing finance functions across matrixed organizations and multicultural teamsProfessional designation required (CPA, CA, ACCA, or CFA); Master’s in Finance or MBA preferredExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a global business mindsetPreferred BackgroundExperience setting up or leading finance functions in the EU, UK, or North AmericaFamiliarity with project-based and recurring-revenue business models (e.g., managed services, SaaS, consulting)Demonstrated success in supporting board-level strategy, corporate governance, and audit committees
