- Demonstrate knowledge of the different range of skin and beauty care products.
- Offer to customers the best product for their needs,
- Offer related products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience.
- Explain the benefits and functions of products and how to use them to achieve the best results.
- Cross sell products.
- Maintain an orderly appearance of the products on shelves.
- Monitor inventory level and restock shelves as needed.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Inform customers about current promotions and advertisements.
- Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures.
- Team up with colleagues to ensure proper customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- More than willing to be relocated to any branch anytime if needed.
- Has the positive outlook and enthusiasm to participate for product launch and exhibition at any events or branches
