Be part of our Product Development & Design Division as Senior Projects Analyst in Doha.As the Senior Projects Analyst, you will role support the planning, coordination, and governance of divisional projects within the Product Development & Design (PDD) portfolio. You will ensure that project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking are maintained to high standards, enabling effective decision-making and alignment with strategic priorities. You will work closely with the Manager Project Strategy and Planning to support project governance, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.Some of the tasks include the following:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized project management frameworks, tools, and templates ensuring compliance with divisional and enterprise-level governance standards (e.g., EPMO).
  • Assist in the development and rollout of PMO policies, procedures, and best practices by enforcing project templates and lifecycle models.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and governance records to enable leadership to make informed decisions and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Maintain a centralized project tracker and ensure timely updates from project teams to ensure consolidation of regular reports and dashboards on project status, risks, issues, and KPIs.
  • Assist in preparing business cases and tracking benefits realization using defined metrics (e.g., ROI, NPS, CSAT) to support scenario planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and budget baselines and maintain a structured repository of project documentation, including lessons learned and postimplementation reviews ensuring a comprehensive risk and issue log for the PDD project portfolio.
  • Perform other department related duties as directed by Line Manager or Head of Department.
About you
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join the Product Development and Design.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a role involving product and hospitality service.
  • Professional certification in project management (PMP) or equivalent, demonstrating proven expertise in leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Previous experience is product development design phases including the ability to script product development phases will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of design methodology and brand execution within the airline industry or similar.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau & Power BI). • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate and influence senior stakeholders.
