- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management
- Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role, proficiency in Arabic language is requied.
- Experience working with global brand standards, preferably in an international hospitality group
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, and market positioning across GCC and global markets
- Skilled in media planning, digital strategy, influencer engagement, and visual branding
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
