
Occupational Medicine Specialist, Qatar

- Supporting managers in the development of their teams
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process
- Assisting with candidate screening and assessments
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates, and communicating the calendar with the relevant interview panel and candidate
- Coordinating and arranging second interviews with end-user departments
- Maintaining records of accepted and rejected candidates/offers
- Preparing and posting job advertisements online
- Issuing official offer letters for accepted candidates
- Liaising with candidates from offer roll out until on-boarding, including all documentation related to candidates
- Liaising with the Governmental Relations Department to arrange pre-commencement candidate documentation and services
- Attending and participating in recruitment fairs
- Carrying out the talent review process and succession planning
- Ensuring the company adheres to Saudization policies
- At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment role
- Previous experience in recruitment fairs and Saudization
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of local Saudi employment laws and procedures
- Due to our client's ongoing commitment to Saudization, our client's first preference is to interview Saudi nationals for this position
