Porter Supervisor for a Government Facility in Qatar

• This role ensures 24/7 supervision and coordination of Porter services within each of the designated facility's to ensure service is delivered efficiently and effectively and meets the requirements of the contract
• Ensure 24/7 supervision and coordination of Porter services within the designated facility to ensure service is delivered efficiently and effectively and meets the requirements of the contract
• Ensure Porter services within the facility meet the required standards set out within the Job Description and contract
• Ensuring new Porters are fully oriented to their role and the facility
• Annually and as required to support effective services the supervisor must evaluate and appraise Individual Porter's performance
• Respond efficiently and effectively to any concerns or issues identified by HMC within the Porters service
• Maintain full awareness and compliance with relevant HMC Policy

• Meeting each shift with the Nursing House Supervisor to review Porter’s deployment and if any changes are required to support the delivery of health services
• Meeting quarterly with Nursing House Supervisors to review the porter’s services (including KPIs) and to address any issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must have completed higher secondary education
• Vocational certificates or qualifications in Orderly type roles; Manual Handling training; and/ or supervisor training preferred

• Minimum of 5 years in a Porter Supervisor type role in health care.

• Minimum of 30 years and maximum of 40 years old

• Male and Female

• Must be fluent in English verbal and written.
