QHSE Officer

QHSE OfficerJob Location : QatarResponsibilities:

To conduct daily Tool box Talks based on current trends and workplace needs.
To understand the requirements of client in order to carry out all safety activities.
To Inspect the worksite daily to report and correct unsafe methods and conditions.
To give safety orientation to employees as per plant requirement, as authorized by plant safety committee.
To document and maintain all the records in Client site and update for audit purpose
To maintain the training matrix and arrange necessary trainings of employees
To attend daily/weekly/ monthly safety meetings
To develop strategies to reduce incidents of illness, environmental accidents and other issues
To maintain QHSE management systems process, procedures at the site and company to support business operations.
To facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for maintenance activities in consultation with Project team.
To coordinate temporary site facilities inspections and document it in records
To participate in HSE incident investigations and prepare required reports in consultation with management.
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly safety reports and update in the records.
