Support operation in shut down preparation, project implementation and process troubleshooting.Typical Activities:
Prepare SD isolation packs.
Carry out studies on specific operation subject.
Initiate MOC requests and follow up on them.
Analyse equipment reliability and recommend improvement measures.
Initiate and provide input to development, maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in compliance with relevant ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & BCMS standards and in alignment with corporate / operational procedures.
Develop and update Management System Manual and HSEQ (Health, Safety Environment Management System Procedures.
Map and coordinate interdepartmental processes in line with Management system standard.
Verify the adequacy of Management Review meetings. Collect and analyze HSEQ Management performance data including customer feedback and audit findings.
Follow-up Corrective Actions and Improvement initiatives including the audit findings, Customer Complaints and Management Review outputs. Establish Management system Audit Plan to covering Internal Audit, Contractor Audit, Corporate HSE&Q audit and Certification Audit by third party.
Organize and provide Management system awareness.
Proven record of providing training.Experience Required
Ten plus (10+) years of total experience (preferably in a multi-national organization), Out of which
Five (5) years, preferably in an offshore oil and gas fields.
7+ years as QHSE Management system position or as a consultant.
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, electrical, Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Post Graduate degree or professional certificate in QHSE is a plus.
