He is also be responsible for liaising between government offices and secretariat for land issues policy decision matters legal issues etc. - daily coordination of project activities in - state and communication with head office or government,etc. he must have to visit properties on regular basis while making schedules for maintenance team and lead and surprise them in field activities.
