Experience: 5 yearsSummary:
– The Specialist – Governance, Risk and Compliance is reporting directly to the Manager – Governance, Risk and Compliance.
– The Specialist – Governance, Risk and Compliance contributes to the implementation and continuous improvement of a robust corporate governance framework which ensures a consistent approach to governance, risk and compliance across the organization.
– The Specialist – Governance, Risk and Compliance works with the senior governance professionals to provide expert advice on all governance, risk and compliance-related matters at an operational level, ensuring that the highest governance standards are set and maintained across the organization.Qualifications and experience must have:
– Bachelor's degree in related subject area
– With 5+ years of experience in the fields of governance, risk, compliance or administration, preferably in a healthcare setting
– Experience of providing high quality governance support and expertise within large and complex organizations
– Experience of managing projects in multidisciplinary teams and developing reports. Practical experience in working with senior leaders.
– Experience of report-writing at a senior level.
