BUSINESS ANALYST - ARABIC SPEAKER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring that all specifications are clearly defined and understood.
Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and other relevant documentation to accurately capture business needs and objectives.
Communication: Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating requirements, priorities, and project updates in both Arabic and English.
Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design effective solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users as needed to facilitate the successful implementation of new systems or processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a bilingual (Arabic/English) environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN).
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
