Job description
Ability respond to fires, accidents and other incidents where there
are risks to life and property. Full-time firefighters help protect the
public in emergency situations. They respond to a wide variety of
calls: as well as fires, they assist at car crashes, chemical spills,
flooding and water rescue.
Qualification
Pass firefighting level 1 (minimum duration of 12 weeks)
Pass firefighting level 2 (minimum duration of 4 weeks)
Completing course in “SCBA” inspection, assemble and
reassemble (minimum duration of 2 weeks)
Completing “RTC” road traffic collision course (minimum
duration of 2 weeks)
