- Leading the development of the Finance Shared Services.
- Oversee the development of SLAs with all hotels.
- Drive efficiency, standardization, and cost reduction, with an emphasis on repeatable scalable processes.
- Ensures compliance with Minor policies and procedures and local laws and regulations.
- Improving company performance by creating an environment of strong business controls.
- Drives Shared Services staffing through involvement with the selection, training, career development and evaluation programs.
- Monitors overall Shared Services, teams, and individuals’ performance.
- Ensures that various company reports monthly, quarterly, and annually are analyzed and submitted accurately, on time, while maintaining a high level of reporting accuracy, communicating key messages to stakeholders to identify the performance gaps.
- In-depth finance process knowledge and subject matter expertise especially deep understanding of basic shared service controls and process areas (General Ledger/AP/AR/IA/payroll) and deep understanding of advanced shared service controls and process areas.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present concisely and descriptively in both oral and written format to all levels of management.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
- Ability to work successfully in a process-driven environment with courage to challenge the status quo.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance; Master, CPA and CFA is a plus.
- At least 10 years’ experience in all aspects of financial management, financial planning & analysis, and accounting with 5 years in management level, background in hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellence in English communication and computer literacy.
- In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
